Villa Kabala is a family-run restaurant and guesthouse, open all year round and awarded a Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainability. Nestled at the foot of the Kamonkő Rock, it offers breathtaking views of Lake Balaton.
Led by chef András Szabó, the kitchen embraces an ever-evolving, ingredient-focused philosophy. Produce comes from the estate’s own garden, local farmers, and family-run farms in the region.
At lunchtime, guests may choose from a daily three-course menu, while in the evening we offer a six-course tasting menu.
The guesthouse features six rooms, and we also organise workshops on fermented beverages, gastronomy, and ceramics for our guests.
